Welcome to my 2017 Women’s Christmas Gift Guide! From lifestyle items to beauty items, I got you covered! Whether the leading lady in your life likes cosy nights in or crazy nights out, she’ll be bloody chuffed with the items in this guide. So, without further ado, let’s get to it…
Pyjamas are a fail-safe gift for anyone at Christmas time, I always find. These pyjamas from Amara are by Joules and they are just so cute. They are button-down, grey and covered with dogs. Yes, dogs. Dogs wearing jumpers, dogs wearing hats and dogs wearing glasses! Anyone who knows me knows my obsession with dogs and also my obsession with Joules and so when I spied these on Amara’s website, I knew I had to get them. I think these would be a great gift for a mum, aunt, sister or even grandmother who loves dogs and loves to be cosy at this time of year!
Buying fragrance can be difficult for someone at Christmas as you run the risk of getting them something they don’t like. However, I think this perfume from Accessorize is a fail safe. Not only is it a bargain at £19.00 but it’s also a really fresh, light and floral fragrance that really not many people are going to dislike as it’s so inoffensive. I think this gift would be perfect for a younger sister/family member who is just getting into fragrance – or even somebody older. At its price, it makes for a perfect stocking filler.
I have a far more detailed post about ‘Scent of a Dream’ in my Gifting with Charlotte Tilbury post I did back in November, so if you’d like a more in-depth review then I suggest heading over there! This is a far more luxurious perfume than the above one and would be one for a sophisticated lady in your life – perhaps one with a love for the vintage as the bottle does scream 1920s glam. It has notes of Precious Woods, Cistus, Amber, Castoreum, Musks as well as Muguet, Orange Flower, Rose Oil, Tea Rose, Green Ivy, Magnolia to create a long-wearing, luxurious fragrance which would make the perfect gift this Christmas.
This would be the perfect gift for the skincare fanatic in your life and a much cheaper alternative to the Clarisonic. Magnitone have released a shimmer collection for the festive period and they have a rose gold and a blue shimmer version of their Facial Cleansing Brush. It gently and effectively cleanses your face to leave it perfectly prepped for the rest of your skincare routine. Its size makes it perfect for travel and I think any beauty-lover would love to unwrap this on Christmas Day. I’ve been testing this out and I’ve definitely seen an improvement in my skin so you have my 100% recommendation as I know this is a pricy one!
Giving watches for Christmas is always a lovely thing to do, as I mentioned in my men’s gift guide. They’re something that someone wouldn’t always pick out for themselves and they can be incredibly luxurious – hence why I’ve included 2 in this gift guide. The first one is this gorgeous one from Cluse which has a leather, grey strap, a white face and rose gold accents (do we see a theme to this gift guide?). It’s a beautiful watch to give this Christmas as it is so stylish, swish and very luxurious!

A luxurious lippy is the perfect stocking filler for the beauty guru in your life and when I want to indulge in a lipstick, I always go for Charlotte Tilbury. Not only is the formula just incredible but the packaging is stunning and this would definitely make a fantastic stocking filler for someone as it’s a real treat and not necessarily something someone would treat themselves too. I love a good nude (eyyy ladies) and so that’s why I picked ‘Kim K.W.’ as it’s just the perfect nude for me and I find a nude to be a fail-safe for a pressie as most of the time they are universally flattering – and not everyone likes to rock a bold lip.
Hourglass Ambient Lighting Edit 3 || £69.00
When Johnny came in to the room while I was taking photos for this gift guide he said: “Wow, that’s a lot of rose gold.” He’s right, and this palette is no exception. This would be the ideal gift for a beauty lover at Christmas as Hourglass is one of the most luxurious brands and what better way to treat a loved one than with a palette like this? It’s quite pricy but for that price you get setting powders, a highlighter, a bronzer and 2 blushes so you can effectively do nearly your whole face with this one palette. It’s beautiful – and if you need any more convincing on whether to get this or not, then you should read my post all about it.
Feather & Down are a new brand on the block but my god, are they a good’un. They specialise in products that aid sleeping using lavender and chamomile and they are utterly heavenly. If you know someone who could do with a pampering this Christmas, or someone who’s stressed and struggles with sleep then picking up a set from Feather & Down is what I recommend. They have such adorable, well packaged gift sets and the one that I’m recommending is the affordable Sleeping Bag set. It contains their best-sellers so would be a perfect introduction to the brand for someone you love this Christmas.
These are my top picks for women’s gifts this Christmas. I hope that if you’re still looking for a gift for that someone special this year then this has given you some inspiration. And, if you’re still looking for a gift for that man in your life then head on over to my Men’s Gift Guide!
